I remember my single, working mother taking an entire week off of work to "spring clean" our 1200 sq. ft home. She would rent that monster of a floor steam cleaner, clean the baseboards, and scrub everything in sight to her knuckles bled. I don't have time for that. And, I don't want to waste a week of vacation to spring clean.
